Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh holds a BA in Mass Communications which he earned from the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone in 2015. In 2008, he obtained a Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Milton Margai College of Education and Technology. Mr. Jalloh has earned several certificates in leadership, team building, project and financial management, persuasion skills, etc.   Abdul Rahman has worked for Search for Common Ground, an International Non-Governmental Organization on peacebuilding and conflict transformation, where he has devotedly managed international donor projects. He is also highly experienced in working with local and community stakeholders. Abdul Rahman is also a multi-media expert who has produced high quality video documentaries and short films for national and international organizations. At Search for Common Ground and Talking Drum Studio, he developed and produced series of short impact videos and documentaries of different projects.   Mr. Jalloh is the brain behind setting up the DAQVAH Charity Foundation. Additionally, he has strong networking skills and has use those skills for the growth of the foundation over the years. He also has skills to work with other team members in a mutually supportive and reinforcing way. He has the ability to drive others to action and often willing to provide mentoring and coaching support to others when required.

Mariatu Sedik Kamara graduated from the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone in 2019 with a BA in Mass Communications. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Udemy and in 2008 she earned a Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Milton Margai College of Education and Technology. Mariatu holds several certificates in leadership and administration. Madam Kamara has worked for several institutions including the Search for Common Ground, Talking Drum Studio, where she worked as a Media Producer, producing different radio drama and magazine programs. Mariatu has served as the Executive Director of the foundation since its inception

Yussouf Abass Jalloh graduated from the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone in 2014 with a BSc. in Peace and Conflict Studies and he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement from the Institute of Public Administration and Management. He also holds a Diploma in Project Management from Udemy. Yussouf has earned several certificates on Climate Change and National Adaptation which he acquired from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Jalloh volunteered for many peace building and development institutions such as Leonard Cheshire Disability, the Ministry of Finance, Don Bosco Fambul, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Restless Development, Hellen Keller International etc. He diligently served in different capacities working for these institutions. Mr. Jalloh has been serving DAQVAH Charity Foundation as the Project Manager since January 2019.

Fatmata Bah acquired Diploma in Accounting and Finance and also Certificate in Banking and Finance from the Banktec Institute of Information, Technology, Accountancy and Management in 2015. She is currently a third-year student at the Limkokwing University of Creative technology pursuing an Honors Degree in Broadcasting and Journalism. Madam Bah started volunteering at DAQVAH as a Communications Officer in 2017. Over the years, she has served as the Deputy Communications Manager, RTU Communications Manager and currently she is serving as the Communications Coordinator of the Foundation, heading the Communication’s Unit.

Mohamed Alhassan Jalloh graduated from the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra leone in 2016 with a BSc. in Commerce. Mr. Jalloh before his employment at DAQVAH, worked with different local Islamic Organizations. He served as the Organizing and Welfare Secretary for the Youths in Action for the Development of Islam (YADI) between 2015 – 2016. He also served as the Financial Secretary for the Youths in Action for Empowerment, Development and Advocacy (YEADA) and further served as the Sales and Accounting Manager for One Deen SL. Ltd, between 2016 and 2017. Mohamed Alhassan joined the DAQVAH Charity Foundation in 2017 as a RTU Deputy Project Lead, managing the foundation’s biggest fundraising initiative, Reach the Unreachable (RTU). Since 2018, he has served as the RTU Project Lead of the foundation and he is currently providing leadership for the Outreach Unit.

In 2021, Abdul Aziz Bah graduated with a BA in Mass Communications from the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra leone. Abdul Aziz has earned several certificates from different institutions that ranges from Community Reporting, Broadcast journalism, Data Management etc. Mr. Bah has worked with several broadcast institutions including Star Radio and Concept Multi Media. He has served as a Media Consultant for Search for Common Ground, Sierra Leone and currently serving as a Media Consultant for Talking Drum Studio, Sierra Leone. He is also the Sierra Leone representative for Horizon Assignment Ltd. India. Abdul Aziz is a founding member of DAQVAH and has started volunteering since the foundation was established in 2015. He started volunteering as a Data Officer in 2016, later served as the Deputy Data Manager and is currently serving as the Data and Research Manager.

Osman Alim Sankoh holds a Diploma in Procurement and Warehousing Management from IBATECH College in 2013. Also in 2019, he earned a Diploma in Interior Designing from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. Osman Alim also holds a Diploma in Retails Management from Udemy. Osman Alim has volunteered and worked for many national organizations such as the National Union of Muslim Student, National Assembly of Muslims for the Revival of Islamic Heritage, National Sport Council and Interscope Sierra Leone Limited. Mr. Sankoh started volunteering at DAQVAH since its inception, as he is a founding member. He has served in different capacities in the foundation which include Deputy Field Operations Manager and Deputy Project Manager. Currently he is serving as the Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Francis Santigie Kargbo is presently a second-year student pursuing a Degree in Commerce at the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Francis started volunteering at DAQVAH in 2020 as a Monitoring Officer in the Strategic department. He was later appointment as the Strategic Planning and Monitoring Coordinator and currently, he is serving in the capacity of the Strategic Planning Manager, heading the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.

Mohamed Maladho Jalloh holds a Diploma in Fundraising from Udemy.  Currently, he is pursuing Chattered Accounting Technician (CAT) at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Mr. Jalloh started volunteering in 2017 as a Field Officer supporting the Field Department. His outstanding performance and commitment led him to not just serve as the Deputy Field.
