
One of the leading mobile networks in the country, Qcell through its QMoney newly introduced paid a visit to the foundation’s office at 33 New London Leicester, Freetown.
The CEO and founder Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh welcomed the team and introduce staff members. He mentioned that the foundation has been in existence for 8 years now and its aim is to revive the tradition or sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). “Qcell is not new to the foundation as two years ago we were supported by them and the foundation also gave them the platform to showcase and register members on our 6th Annual Fundraising Dinner”, he concluded.

Speaking on behalf of the team, the acting Head of QMoney, Sierra Leone, Mulai Malako said he appreciated the foundation for allowing them to visit. He spoke on the need for having Q-money as a foundation and also explained the services they offer as a network which would be easier for members to subscribe and less withdrawal or sending fees. “The Qcell app has been launched and would soon be available on Google Play Store”, he concluded.

The need for further partnership beyond QMoney was discussed.
