DAQVAH Charity Foundation Supports Sabiqun Charity Foundation Orphanage

In line with its commitment to orphan support, the DAQVAH Charity Foundation, an Independent Islamic relief and development organization, has donated essential items to the Sabiqun Charity Foundation Orphanage. The donation included six bags of rice, bundles of water and cash to help the orphans during this holy month of Ramadan.

Speaking at the event, Mariatu Sedik Kamara, the Executive Finance Director of DAQVAH, emphasized the foundation’s mission to reach out to those in need, particularly widows and orphans. “Since its inception, DAQVAH has been actively supporting orphans. Today marks our first visit to this orphanage, and we are deeply grateful for the warm reception. We pray that Allah accepts our fasting and these humble efforts,” she stated. She further explained that DAQVAH undertakes various projects, such as education support, Masjid rehabilitation and construction, mobile health initiatives, and more, funded by the monthly contributions of its members and donors.

Tamba Yambasu, the CEO and Founder of the Sabiqun Charity Foundation, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support. “This is a significant gesture, and we sincerely appreciate the donation. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught us that anyone who supports an orphan will be with him in Jannah. May Allah reward your generosity and make this act a pathway to paradise. We will always remember DAQVAH for starting this goodness,” he said.

The event concluded with prayers and blessings for the Foundation and its donors, leaving smiles and hope among the orphans and staff of the Sabiqun Charity Foundation.
