DAQVAH Supports Imams in Kenema and Blind Muslims Association with Ramadan Feeding Program in Bo

In an ongoing effort to serve individuals in need, DAQVAH Charity Foundation has extended its Ramadan Empty Bowl Feeding Program to Imams in Kenema and the Blind Muslims Association in Bo. This initiative, part of DAQVAH’s “Fill a Bowl, Feed a Soul” campaign, underscores the foundation’s commitment to providing for fasting individuals during the holy month of Ramadan.

Speaking at the donation event, the CEO and founder of DAQVAH, Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh, highlighted the foundation’s dedication to serving Imams and visually impaired individuals not only during Ramadan but throughout the year. “Even though fundraising has been slow, Alhamdulillah, we were able to implement our project. Today, we are here with bags of rice, bundles of water, and some cash to support your Iftar process,” he shared.
The gesture was met with heartfelt gratitude. Sheikh Umar Siniyateh, one of the Imams, expressed his appreciation, stating, “I woke up this morning, not having a grain of rice in my house, but I fasted and depended on Allah. I am grateful to Allah and to you for this support. May Allah bless the foundation, the donors, and grant you safe returns to your destinations.”

Ishaka Jabbie, the head of the Blind Muslim Association, also extended thanks, noting, “We are nine in number who are fasting, and it is really not easy. Receiving this donation has brought happiness and blessings to us.”
The event concluded with prayers for DAQVAH and its donors, emphasizing the significance of their contributions in making a meaningful impact during the blessed month of Ramadan.

We still have 15 or 14 days to go and we have lots of people to reach so send your donation to 076363131 or 090363131. May Allah bless you as you donate for his sake.
