
In a productive staff meeting held recently, the DAQVAH team gathered to discuss important organizational updates and upcoming event. The meeting was marked by a spirit of collaboration and focus on the mission of reaching marginalized communities.
The session began with the Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh, who is also the founder of the organization, expressing gratitude to Allah for the gift of life and the opportunity to continue such meaningful work.

In addressing the team, Mr Jalloh announced that the calling and collection period has officially concluded. He emphasized the importance of reconciling funds by Tuesday, May 20th, urging all staff to ensure that their accounts are in order.
He further stressed the need for periodic communication with members, highlighting that these messages are integral to fostering relationships and should be taken seriously across all units. “Let’s make it a priority to check on our members and know how they are doing,” he urged the team.
A significant portion of the meeting was devoted to discussions regarding the upcoming Annual Fundraising Dinner and Awards ceremony. Mr Jalloh outlined the importance of the event in generating support for admin purposes and recognizing the exceptional contributions of team members and stakeholders. Participants shared ideas and strategies to ensure the event’s success, including outreach efforts and engagement with sponsors.
With the meeting concluding on a high note, staff members left feeling motivated and well-informed about their roles in advancing DAQVAH’s mission.
