Freetown, Sierra Leone – The usual DAQVAH staff meeting was held today Monday 9th June 2025, at 10 a.m. in the organization’s meeting room, chaired by Programs Officer, Hawa Conteh. The meeting focused on upcoming major events and the mid year retreat.

The session began with remarks from the Chief Executive Officer and founder, Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh, who praised and thanked Allah before addressing the staff.

One of the key topics discussed was the mid-year retreat, scheduled for this week. Mr Jalloh encouraged all staff, particularly unit heads, to ensure they are fully prepared for the event.

Additionally, the CEO emphasized the significance of the Annual Fundraising Dinner and Awards, particularly regarding visibility. He urged staff to actively share promotional materials when the countdown begins. Furthermore, he instructed team members to categorize their invitations and ensure details of it is shared during the retreat.

Membership registration also took center stage in the discussion. Mr. Jalloh emphasized its importance to the foundation and encouraged staff to make concerted efforts to achieve membership targets.

As DAQVAH continues its mission, staff members are expected to align their efforts with the foundation’s goals to ensure the success of upcoming activities.
