In a spirit of unity and reflection, staff and interns of DAQVAH convened in the organization’s office meeting room for their regular Monday gathering. The meeting, held on July 21, 2025, was chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and founder, Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh, who opened the session by praising and thanking Allah for the organization’s continued success.

Alhaji Jalloh commended unit heads and the wider DAQVAH team for their outstanding contributions toward the recent 10th year fundraising day, acknowledging the swift planning and execution that made it a reality. “It was plan within a short time, but we did it and Alhamdulillah for our members and donors,” he said, celebrating both internal collaboration and external support.

During the session, team members provided updates on previously agreed action points, paving the way for a productive week. The CEO emphasized the importance of concluding patron sales efforts by the end of July and encouraged staff to intensify distribution.

Committee heads were assigned new responsibilities centered on outreach and partnership-building for DAQVAH’s upcoming 10th Annual Fundraising Dinner and Awards Night. With 20 days remaining, Alhaji Jalloh urged heads to accelerate the distribution of partnership letters and galvanize support to ensure the success of the upcoming flagship event.

The meeting ended on a forward-looking note, with renewed commitment from all attendees to uphold the organization’s vision and deliver impactful results in the days ahead.
