
Freetown, July 28, 2025 — DAQVAH Foundation held its weekly staff meeting on Monday, chaired by Chief Executive Officer Alhaji Abdul Rahman Jalloh, who opened with praises and thanks to Allah, and welcomed his team to a new week of progress.
The meeting centered around preparations for the upcoming 10th Annual Fundraising Dinner and Awards, scheduled for 19th October, 2025. CEO Jalloh went around the table, engaged staff on the status of patron sales for the high-profile event.

In his remarks to the Fundraising and Programs Committees, the CEO emphasized the need to maximize the first two weeks of August to identify potential donors and partners who can support the Dinner, a milestone tenth year event.
Mr Jalloh also stressed the importance of membership engagement, noting that deeper involvement from members is crucial to strengthening the foundation’s fundraising drive m.
He concluded by announcing that DAQVAH will soon roll out a 10-day fundraising campaign to mobilize funds, bolster visibility and drive momentum to raise funds ahead of the fundraising dinner.

The team left the meeting energized and ready to take bold steps toward what promises to be a landmark celebration of DAQVAH’s legacy and future.
