DAQVAH Charity Foundation has on the sixth day of Ramadan donated bags of rice, bundles of water and cash donations to two universities and an association of blind Muslim. This donation was done at the FBC university, IPAM University and the Kossoh Town Blind Muslim Association.

Speaking during the distribution, the Project Officer of DAQVAH, Hawa Conteh introduced the team and informed the beneficiaries that they are in their universities and community to give support to needy Muslims to support them in observing the blessed month of Ramadan. She emphasized on the need to support Muslims especially students who will be on campus until its time to break their fast, and also during these trying times for members of the Kossoh Town Blind Muslims Association.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Salieu Conteh, from the Kossoh Town Blind Muslim Association, thanked DAQVAH for the donated items and expressed how happy the whole association was as the foundation is the first to come to their aid in Ramadan as they have done over the last four years. He prayed that Allah continue to provide for the donors and continue to bless DAQVAH.

“This is very helpful. Alhamdulilah, as a Jamaat we appreciate DAQVAH for their support and we ask Allah to provide for the donors and reward them” Sitta Isha Kamara, IPAM Lady President mentioned.

Supplications were made by the beneficiaries for DAQVAH and their donors.
