
Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

DAQVAH Charity Foundation is committed to transforming lives and uplifting communities through impactful programs in education, health, empowerment, and humanitarian aid. As we grow and expand our outreach, we are seeking a dedicated, dynamic and practical Muslim as Project Coordinator to support the implementation of impactful community-based projects/activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of charitable projects within communities.
• Coordinate resources, partners, volunteers and timelines to ensure smooth project rollout.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and impact metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals and actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for donors and leadership.
• Ensure all projects are implemented in line with DAQVAH’s mission, vision, and compliance standards.
• Support community engagement efforts and beneficiary feedback collection.
• Identify challenges during implementation and recommend practical solutions.
What we are looking for:
• 2-3 years experience in project management, ideally a humanitarian sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS office and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in multicultural environment.
• A genuine passion for humanitarian work and community development.
QUALIFICATION:
➢ A degree in Project Management or related field.
➢ Must be a Muslim
➢ Having strong fundraising skills is an added advantage.
